Return & Refund Policy

We hope that you will love what you ordered! But if you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from the delivered date.

30-day return

  • It's important that you inspect your order on delivery, please check if it's in good condition. Hooluxe will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item(s). If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part.
  • Hooluxe will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) that you want to make a return should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 30 days since received.

Please note

  • Please do not return any item(s) for uncommunicated reasons. We are not able to accept returns unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team customer@hooluxe.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
  • If you want to initiate a return, please contact us before returning the item(s) and provide your order number and the return reason. After receiving your email with return request, our customer service team will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since you received your item(s), unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
  • All promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Return address & Shipping

  • Please contact customer@hooluxe.com to get the return address. Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging.
  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.

Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. Please see below for details:
    • If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
    • If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Customized Products

Due to the customized nature of these products that we produce at Hooluxe, we cannot offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.

If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order in this case.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 1 hour. If 1 hour have passed, the cancellation & change request will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order.
