When your package arrives, please inspect the outer packaging for any damage before signing for it. If you notice any issues, take clear photos of the damaged exterior from all sides. After opening the package, if the contents are damaged, also photograph the damaged items. Retain the damaged packaging and items as proof. If you find any damage, contact us at customer@hooluxe.com as soon as possible, and we will check it with carriers and arrange for the product to be remade and resent as soon as possible.
